Welcome to Rooted Postpartum & Beyond, a 6-week group journey designed to support mothers in their postpartum experience—whether you're in the early stages after birth or have been postpartum for many years. Guided by Brenda and Ria, this series focuses on, earth-centered practices to foster healing, nourishment, and connection during this sacred time. Whether you're a first-time mom, adding to your family, or seeking long-overdue healing after years of motherhood, this journey is for you.
The Earth Element: The Original Mother
Earth is the original mother—the foundation upon which all life is built. It is the element that governs nourishment, softness, receiving, balance, and care. When we speak of Earth, we speak of motherhood itself, in all its forms: the giving and receiving of love, the holding and nurturing of life, and the boundaries that allow us to take care of ourselves while we care for others.
The Earth element is the heart of this journey, because it holds the deepest wisdom for mothers. It invites us to come home to ourselves, to feel into the parts of us that need healing, to draw inward and tend to our inner needs just as we tend to the needs of others.

Deepening Our Connection to Earth: The Mother Wound & Receiving
The Earth element is also deeply tied to our relationship with our own mother. It asks us to look at how we’ve been mothered and how those early experiences shape our ability to care for ourselves today. This element is closely connected to the concept of the mother wound—the ways in which our childhood perceptions of motherhood may have created imbalances within us. Whether we’ve felt overly responsible, abandoned, or unsupported, these experiences can impact our ability to receive the nourishment and care we need.
Where are you abandoning yourself? – This journey encourages you to explore where you’ve neglected your own needs and desires in order to meet the needs of others.
Can you receive life? – Earth is about receiving, not just giving. Are you able to open yourself to the support and nourishment available to you, or do you find it difficult to let others in?
How do you relate to food and nourishment? – Earth governs digestion, both literal and metaphorical. How are you processing food, emotions, and life experiences? Are you able to transform them into energy, wisdom, and growth, or do you feel stuck in patterns of depletion?
Earth Element Practices Throughout This Journey
Throughout the 6-week journey, we will use the Earth element as our guide. Our practices will help you reconnect with the qualities of nourishment, care, balance, and receiving through:
Womb Massage: Honoring the body’s wisdom and nurturing the womb as a source of creativity and life force.
Nourishing Foods: Exploring the healing power of food that supports your body’s postpartum journey, grounding you and replenishing your energy.
Rest: Embracing deep rest as a vital part of the healing process, drawing inwards and replenishing your strength.
Boundaries & Balance: Understanding the importance of boundaries in creating a harmonious relationship between giving and receiving, mothering and self-mothering.
Contact with Nature: Earth is our connection to the natural world. Through grounding practices in nature, we will reconnect with the earth’s energy to restore balance and peace within ourselves.

5 x 90-minute group sessions (virtual) including yin yoga, meditation, journaling, supportive tools & sharing.
1 In-person retreat day for rest and nourishment
A workbook with journaling questions and guided practices for deeper reflection
Resources on nourishing food, loving touch, and holistic postpartum care
Connection with nature and practices to ground and support your body
Program Details:
Duration: 6 Weeks
Virtual Sessions: Tuesdays from 10am-11:30am
In-Person Day: Week 3, from 10 AM - 3:30 PM
Cost: £495 total (payment plan available)

If you’re unable to attend the full 6-week program, you’re welcome to join us for a dedicated retreat day designed to rest and restore.
Date: Friday 22. November 10am-3:30pm
Investment: £159 (includes a welcome snack, beverages, and a nourishing lunch)
Join us for a day of warm, nourishing meals, rustic earthy scents, a deeply supportive atmosphere, and beautiful forest views that provide grounding earth energy. Unwind, reconnect, and nourish yourself in the heart of nature with a retreat designed to rejuvenate both mind and body.
This 5.5-hour in-person gathering is focused on immersive rest, relaxation, and connection with a group of mothers. This day is dedicated to the importance of deep rest in postpartum recovery, providing a sacred space for all mothers to rest and be nourished. The experience includes yin yoga, meditation, drum emtidation, bodywork, journaling, sharing, and a delicious lunch provided by Eileen from Moreish Good Food.

No. This journey is open to mothers at any stage of postpartum, whether you’ve recently given birth or have been postpartum for years. Many mothers find that even years later, they still carry unresolved needs that this program can help heal.

While live attendance is encouraged to build community, we understand that life as a mother is unpredictable. Recordings of the teaching part will be provided for those who cannot attend the live sessions.

This special day focuses on the importance of deep rest in postpartum recovery and provides a sacred space for all mothers to rest and be nourished. Ria Keller
As a BodyMind Maturation Coach, Childhood Development Specialist, Chef, and Postpartum Doula, I create spaces for deep healing and growth. I am guiding and supporting you through life’s transitions—whether it's through trauma healing, childhood patterns, conscious conception, pregnancy, or the sacred postpartum period.
I am passionate about helping you reconnect with your true self, so you can heal at the root of emotional and behavioral patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we will dive deep into your life experiences, providing you with the support and safe space needed to release struggles, embrace your wildness, and thrive.
Originally from Germany, I now live in Northern Ireland with my partner and our two beautiful boys. My personal journey as a mother and healer deeply informs my work, and I am committed to supporting others on their own unique paths.

Brenda Hardy
I am a chartered physiotherapist (BSc Hons) specialising in trauma and pelvic health, an acupuncturist, pilates teacher and the founder of Health Connects, a health and well-being
charity.
After my foundational training as a physio, I became curious about bringing about a deeper level
of healing for my clients, unravelling the root cause of their symptoms and suffering. In my desire to help others, I discovered that I was required to look deeply at myself, and so began a profound journey of inner healing, guided by my mentor Emma Reicher. This led me to train to become a Maturation Coach with Nicky Clinch in 2022.
I now offer a unique blend of BodyMind practices in both 1:1 and group settings. I care deeply about supporting human beings to live fully and love deeply.
